O modyfikacji:
	HealthMod to modyfikacja, ktra dodaje do gry system odnawiania  energii znany najbardziej z nowoczesnych gier FPS, gdzie aby
	odnowi zdrowie wystarczy chwil poczeka. W GTA pozwala nam to na rozptanie jeszcze duszej wojny z policj :).
	Gwnymi cechami moda s:
	-Odnawianie energii gdy nie otrzymujemy obrae
	-Odnawianie pancerza gdy nie otrzymujemy obrae (opcjonalne, domylnie wyczone)
	-Moliwo konfiguracji (czas po jakim energia zaczyna si odnawia, ilo i odstpy czasowe odnawiania si energii)
	-Moliwo  ustalenia czy pancerz ma si  odnawia tylko wtedy gdy mamy go  cho troch, lub czy ma si odnawia nie zalenie
	 od tego czy go mamy czy te nie.

Instalacja:
	Plik HealthMod.asi wrzucamy do gwnego folderu z gr (tam gdzie znajduje si exe-k).
	Uwaga:
	Mod   do   funkcjonowania   wymaga   ScriptHook'a   i   asi  loader'a.   Jeli  nie   jeste  pewien,  lub   nie   masz  tych
	plikw znajdziesz  je w folderze o dziwnej nazwie  "Jesli nie masz zainstaluj ][ If you don't have it, install". Znajduj si
	w nim dwa archiwa, z "IVAsiLoader" wycigasz plik "dsound.dll" a z "GTAIVScriptHook_0.5.1_Redist" "scripthoook.dll".

Uycie:
	Po instalacji moda jest on aktywny i gotowy do zabawy. Mona go jedynie skonfigurowa jeli tego chcemy.
	
Edycja ustawie (plik HealthMod.ini):
	Plik  "HealthMod.ini"  znajduje si w  folderze z gr i (jeli nie istnieje) zostaje tworzony po pierwszym uruchomieniu gry z
	modyfikacj HealthMod.
	
	RestoreValue - Ilo punktw energii z jak bdzie odnawiana co kade "RestoreTickTime" ms.
	TimeUntilRestore - Czas w milisekundach od ostatnio otrzymanych obrae, po ktrym energia zacznie si odnawai (1s = 1000ms)
	RestoreTickTime - Czas odstpu pomidzy kolejnymi dodanymi punktami energii podczas odnawiania energii.
	RestoreArmour - Opcja pozwalajca ustali to czy energia pancerza take ma si odnawia. (yes/no)
	RestoreArmourOnlyIfAvailable - Opcja  pozwalajca   ustali  to   czy  energia   pancerza  ma   si  odnawia   take   wtedy
				       gdy go wcale nie mamy. (yes/no)

About modification:
	HealthMod is mod that adds to the game a system of  energry restoration good known from modern FPS. So  if  you  are  injured
	you can wait a while for energy start to restore itself, that allows you to fight with police even longer :).
	Main features:
	-Health restoration when you are not taking damage.
	-Armour restoration when you are not taking damage. (This is optional and turned off by default)
	-You can setup mod - you can set time  after restoration  starts, interval  between restorations  and value of  Health Points
	 or Armour Points to restore.
	-You can decide if armour should restore itself when there is no armour left, or it has to restore no matter how much  armour
	 left.
	
Installation:
	Put HealthMod.asi file into main game folder (there where exe is).
	Wargning:
	Modification to work  need ScriptHook and asi loader. If you are not sure, or you don't have those files,  you will find them
	in folder  called by  funny name  "Jesli nie masz zainstaluj ][ If you don't have it, install". There are  two archives, from
	"IVAsiLoader" you are getting "dsound.dll" file and from "GTAIVScriptHook_0.5.1_Redist" "scripthook.dll" file.

Use:
	After mod installation you can do nothing - its ready to play with. You can setup it if you want.	

Changing settings (HealthMod.ini file):
	"HealthMod.ini" file can be found in main game directory, the file (if doesn't exist) is create after first run the game with
	HealthMod.
			
	RestoreValue - Amount of Health or Armour that will be added every "RestoreTickTime" ms when restoration will be active.
	TimeUntilRestore - Time in miliseconds from last damage taken, after that time energy will start to restore (1s = 1000ms).
	RestoreTickTime - Interval between another HP/AP add during energy restoration.
	RestoreArmour - That option allows you to set if armour points should restore itself too. (yes/no)
	RestoreArmourOnlyIfAvailable - This  option allows  you to  set if  armour points  should restore only if there is some armour
				       points left, or turn it off and allow to restore armour points no matter how much armour points
				       left. (yes/no)
